
Ingredients:
SPICE BLEND:
2 TBSP Black Pepper
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 TBSP Chili Powder
2 TBSP Oregano
2 TBSP Minced Garlic
2 TBSP Kosher salt
1/4 cup Paprika
2 tsp White Pepper (optional)
1 can Deluxe Pulled Pork – code 20418
1large orange, in segments
1 large onion, diced fresh for serving
fresh cilantro, chopped just before serving
soft tacos
Directions:
- Mix all spices together and store in an airtight container.
- Use 1 TBSP of spice blend per 1 CAN of Pulled Pork, and mix together.
- Cut orange into segments and bake with Pulled Pork in a half pan for approximately 25 minutes at 425°F. (Use broth from the can as desired with pork).
- Serve hot, stuffed in warmed, soft tacos with fresh diced onions and cilantro.
