‘Irish’ Meatball Stew

Cooking Time: 25 minutes Makes: About 6 servings

16  2 oz. Cooked Perfect BeefMeatballs (code 6150) cut in half
1 lb. Potatoes, diced
1/2 cup Onion, diced
1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Carrots, sliced
1/2 cup Celery, sliced
24 oz. Vanee Roasted Beef Gravy (code 20500)
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1/8 tbsp Powdered clove

Directions:
1.
Boil the vegetables until soft and drain.
2. Combine all other ingredients with the vegetables in a 4-quart saucepan and simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy.
