Classic Beef Dip

french dip w onionsIngredients:
1 680 g pkg 10281 – Cooked Seasoned Beef Steak
300 mL Beef Consomme
1 cup Water
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1 TBSP butter
Swiss cheese, sliced
panini rolls, split.

1. Sauté onions in butter and set aside.
2. Bring consommé, water and cooked seasoned steak to heat for approximately 3-4 minutes.
3. Add Beef to cut rolls, on cookie sheet. Top with onions and a slice of swiss cheese. Broil in oven until toasty and cheese is melted.
4. Serve with a small bowl of remaining ‘au jus’ (warm consommé mixture).
